About Us

AACAD grows with you

Australian Association of Community, Aged and Disability workers (AACAD) is a professional organisation dedicated to advocating for and on behalf of community workers and their clients nationwide. We represent the interests of both the public and our members, acting as an intermediary body for both parties. Our organisation believes in maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and advocating for fair outcomes for all.

Benefits of AACAD Membership

We provide Community, Aged Care, and Disability Support workers a professional authentication and recognition of their education qualifications. Through networking opportunities and community involvement, newly graduated students can gain access to professional grade resources and peer support. Where required, AACAD can also mediate between workers and industry—or government—bodies.
