We welcome compassionate Personal Care Workers with a positive attitude to join our teams in Southeast Melbourne located in Hallam, Mordialloc, Noble Park and Frankston North.

 

Hours of work

  • Full-time, part-time and casual
  • AM, PM, ND shifts available

What you’ll love to do

  • Ensure resident hygiene and safety as a priority
  • Support the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of residents
  • Provide the best person-centred care 
  • Work collaboratively with members of the care team 
  • Facilitate ongoing communication with different stakeholders 
  • Accurately report any issues and concerns

What you’ll need

  • Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing)
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards  
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance) 
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
