Personal Care Worker – Permanent Positions-No Sponsorship

Palm Lake Care Bargara is currently looking for passionate Personal Care Assistants to join the team. We are a company dedicated to making a difference. We are seeking Permanent Part Time and Casual Personal Care Assistant’s to join our close-knit team for a variety of shifts. You will work under the guidance of the Registered Nurse to deliver quality care to our residents and assist them in the activities of daily living including mobility, nutrition, hygiene and grooming.

What we are looking for:

• People who are enthusiastic about their work and are passionate about Palm Lake Care. 
• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
• National Police Check
• Experience working in an Australian Aged Care Facility
• You will be team orientated to achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Empathy with elderly residents and their families
• Knowledge of ACFI would be advantageous
• Knowledge of Autumn Care would be highly regarded
