JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Personal Care Workers to join our Bundaberg Community Care team!

  • Casual and Permanent opportunities 
  • $24.10 – $30.10/hr + 10.5% super + salary packaging + Employee benefits 

 The Position:

 As a Personal Carer, you’ll support our clients’ independence and improve their quality of life through:

  • Daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, help at mealtimes and general mobility.
  • Implementing their individualised care plan
  • Supporting recreational and social activities

What you’ll need: 

  • Certificate III Individual Support, Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Disability Support.
  • Blue Card and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
  • Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
