About the Role:
We are seeking Personal Care Workers to join our team on a casual and part time position.
You will be based at our St Ives home, located at 97 Killeaton Street, St Ives NSW 2075.
Thompson Health Care is seeking Personal Care Workers to work morning, afternoon or night shifts at our brand-new Luxury Nursing House! This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work schedules and looking to join a supportive team who place a great emphasis on mentoring and training.
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are keen to join our fantastic team at St Ives House and provide excellent care and support to our residents.
Daily duties:
- Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life
- Assist residents with daily living activities, grooming, mobility and nutrition
- Contribute to care plans and documentation
- Communicate effectively and professionally with the Nursing Team
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience in aged care desirable;
- Ideally will have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Nursing;
- Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care; and
- Has an interest in working with the elderly.
