PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANT
“MUST HAVE OWN CAR & LICENSE”
Personally and financially rewarding. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, at least 39 hrs per fortnight. Min $40.00ph Plus penalty rates for Weekends and Public Holidays. This is currently a temporary position becoming permanent in April or May, depending on availability and suitability.

Government funded position, well above award wages plus generous bonuses in very comfortable air conditioned environment. Would suit female to assist disabled couple living in BERALA.
Job involves showering, toileting, meal preparation, some household duties & light gardening.
Much more than personal care, nursing experience not necessary, but a willingness to learn different skills and hobbies, such as arts and crafts or assembling kits using tools and paint brushes. The clients are in pretty good health and are only physically disabled requiring someone to perform the tasks that they can’t do themselves.
A current standard Driver’s License is essential as social outings (visiting family and friends or going on picnics even drives to the beach) also appointments are a regular occurrence. A fully modified easy to drive automatic vehicle suited for the two wheelchairs, which you will need to drive, is garaged on the premises.
The applicant needs to have good communication skills & able to take instructions.
Days required Wednesday Thursday Friday. At the very least 39 hrs per fortnight basic, with plenty more hours on offer.
Local person preferred ideally
Auburn, Lidcombe, Regents Park etc, due to broken shifts which are also compensated for.
