Position Description

Work as a valued mentor at Good Company supporting people with disabilities to enjoy fun and meaningful experiences and learn new skills. You will work with clients one-on-one and guide them in progressing towards their goals in a range of areas, including: home maintenance tasks, public transport, time management, taking holidays, making friends, community engagement, and looking for work. 

Shifts in various locations around Perth are available to successful applicants 

Shifts are scheduled at the same time each week and typically 3-8 hours in duration, with multiple shifts in one day being available to staff. Support takes place in participants homes, workplaces, and the community. Our team-based approach provides you with an initial induction, as well as ongoing training and guidance

  • Vehicle with comprehensive insurance is required for this role. 
  • Relevant experience is preferred but not required. 
  • Full training is provided.
  • This position does not involve any personal care or medication administration.

Remuneration

  • $0.99 per kilometre for required travel in your own vehicle during work hours 
  • $32.79 Weekday 
  • $36.07 Weekday (evening)
  • $45.90 Saturday 
  • $59.02 Sunday 
  • $72.13 Public Holiday
  • 11.5% Superannuation
