  • In our Residential Care and Emergency Placements programs, we provide a safe, nurturing environment for children and youth in need of immediate support and long-term stability. Tasks and Responsibilities 

  • You will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of young people in care while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Each young person has unique needs and goals, and you will collaborate with your team to help them achieve these. Additionally, you will be required to manage administrative tasks, including updating shift logs and incident reports. You will also be required to work a range of shifts including, mornings, days, afternoons, evenings and sleep overs. 

FIFO (Fly in, Fly out) information

  • Roster : 1 week on, 1 week off. 
  • Option to extend to 3 weeks if operational requirements allow. 
  • Accommodation provided.
  • Transport from accommodation to work site provided. 
  • Living away from home allowance (LAFHA) provided.

Qualifications & experience 

  • Blue card 
  • Drivers license
  • Certificate IV or above in Family Youth Intervention or other relevant qualification
  • Current First aid and CPR 
  • Hope and Healing 
  • Experience desirable but not essential
