About The Client
Our client is a female living with a Spinal Cord Injury, requiring committed and dedicated support workers to join her team in providing high complex physical supports.

Support workers will be required to have commitment to an ongoing, 24/7 roster. Components of the high complex physical supports include stoma care, manual handling, and effective communication skills.

Person centred care is vital for our client. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach. We’d like a team of support workers to build a social rapport with the client, ensuring her needs are met emotionally as well as physically.
