Role & Responsibilities

Candidates must be able and willing :

to support the participant inside the swimming pool (non-negotiable)
to perform ethical manual handling procedures with participants
to drive the participant across the community to access social, recreational and other community access services on a timely manner
to be punctual and follow other work ethics
to write regular case notes
to follow incident management procedure in line with NDIS standards
to support the participants with self-care routines
to support the participant with domestic services and meal preparation
to ensure safety of the participant and oneself
to communicate with the management and team leader on a timely manner
to send timesheet consistently
to respond to emails of Employer
to complete courses & training recommended by the Employer
To read and sign her compliant documents offered by the Employer, as and when required throughout the employment period
