JOB DESCRIPTION

Casual Disability Support worker or equivalent 

Immediate start.

 

We are currently seeking  Support Workers and Cleaners to assist clients in their homes in Liverpool and Campbelltown area. 

Triniti Home Care – Registered NDIS provider

The role: 

·           Working with participants who have disabilities assisting with personal care activities, household tasks,  ADLs and social support.

Requirements 

  • Minimum Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivale 
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police Check
  • Must be passionate in the Disability Sector, helping and assisting people to live their best life
  • Ability to work independently on a day-to-day basis
  • Maintain person-centred practice through all care provided
  • Current WWCC
  • Up to Date Police Clearance
  • Eligibility for NDIS worker’s screening
  • Current Driver’s License – Recommended
  • Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate
