JOB DESCRIPTION

TassieCare is a Tasmanian NDIS business offering a wide range of support to people with disabilities within our community.

Currently we are experiencing rapid growth throughout our company. We are pleased to announce exiting opportunities exist for Disability Support Workers in the Devonport and North West area of Tasmania.

We at TassieCare are looking for like-minded people to join us. We strive for a person-centred approach, matching our participants with the right team is our priority. 

The ideal candidate will require a caring nature; the ability to connect, relate and communicate with our participants. You will need the flexibility to potentially fill shifts on a 24-hour roster. Adaptability is a must.

  • Must have a Working with Vulnerable People card, or the ability to get one.
  • Must have a National Police Check.
  • Drivers Licence and own car.
  • Good communication skills is a requirement.
  • Positive and can do attitude.
