The Role:

We are actively recruiting dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Rockhampton and the surrounding region. This role offers flexibility, a variety of client locations, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care and in-home support

• Administering medications

• Facilitating community access and transport to appointments

• Assisting with domestic cleaning and pet care

• Utilizing hoisting equipment as needed

• Participating in sleepover shifts

• Teaching and supporting the development of new life skills

• Engaging in respite care activities for clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Essential Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

• Current Blue Card

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)

• Up-to-date First Aid Certification

• Police Background Check

• Full working rights in Australia

• Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Certificate III in Individual Support

• Strong understanding of the NDIS system

• Experience in the disability or mental health sector

• Willingness to take clients on respite journeys
