We are looking for fantastic people to add to our family of support workers. These roles are for an immediate start and will be providing support within people’s homes. Shift times vary from 2 hours through to 10 hours duration with the option of early mornings, day and evenings (including weekends).

Casual pay rates for team members with a Certificate III start at $41 per hour during weekdays through to $75 per hour on a Sunday.

Casual pay rates for team members without a Certificate III range from $32 per hour during weekdays through to $59 per hour on a Sunday. 

All staff also receive a first aid allowance per hour worked along with KLM reimbursement when assisting clients to appointments.

We anticipate for the right staff with the right availability there will be a minimum of approximately 20 hours per week within a month of your start date with the potential to be higher than this after that period. For the right people with great availability and flexibility then hours could be up to 35 per week.

Requirements (current or willing to obtain):

  • Current First Aid and CPR check
  • NDIS worker screening check
  • Blue Card (working with children check)
  • NDIS worker orientation module
  • A current driver’s license and access to a vehicle (and willingness to transport clients in your vehicle)
