Medicross Australia is a Gold Coast based disability service provider. Medicross Australia is part of the Medicross Group which incorporates both Medicross and Elite Med Medical Clinics. Operating throughout SEQ, the Medicross group has 17 GP clinics. 

Medicross Australia is committed to support its clients to live the life they want. We provide a full circle of care that is personalised, holistic and integrated, bringing a world of services to  their homes. 

As part of our growth and supporting our Medicross and Elite Med GP’s and their patients, Medicross Australia is looking to recruit additional Community Support Workers including AIN’s and Disability support workers. 

The right candidates will have a passion for caring for people and a positive approach to all situations. 
 

Successful applicants will be required to work as part of a team as well as autonomously. The right candidate will be self-reliant, pays attention to detail and is willing to go the extra mile for their team and their clients. Please note you must be willing and able to do domestic cleaning.

To be successful, applicants are required to have:

  • First Aid and CPR
  • Drivers Licence
  • Reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Smart phone with internet access
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Community or Aged Care Mandatory
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability/Individual Support highly regarded
  • NDIS Worker Screening/Blue Card
  • Police Certificate – current
