JJ Support Services is currently seeking a casual Disability Support Workers to join our team.
The right candidate will provide support to our client to live independently and Access the Community. Tasks include but not limited to assisting Client to:
- Access the Community
- Appointments and shopping for groceries
- Cleaning/domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Personal Care
We are looking for support workers who have:
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to complete sleepovers
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Blue Card
- NDIS Workers Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive Insurance
Desirable Criteria
- Relevant qualifications in Disability and Community Services
- Understanding of and experience working with Clients with Acquired Brain Injuries
Pay rate will be in line with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award.
