About Us

JaeMan is a registered NDIS provider supporting the participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme with care and assistance, be it getting out and about to community activities, social events and other recreational activities, or with household tasks.

About the Role: 

An opportunity exists for a highly motivated Disability Support Worker to join our JaeMan Team and support our much-loved participants. As a valued member of our team you will enjoy working alongside and assisting our Participants with ADL’s and Personal Care as well as accessing the community. 

As you carry out these tasks, you will be passionate about ensuring the personal care you provide is high quality and emits empathy, warmth and dignity. 

We have a variety of shifts available and you will be working a mixture of AM, PM, night and weekend shifts. If you are looking for a role that has a positive impact on the lives of those that you care for, this might be the right opportunity for you. 

About You:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support 
  • Experience/training in personal care
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to read care plans
  • Great team player who demonstrate client-focused behaviour
  • Shows empathy and treats others with dignity and respect
  • Current NDIS Screening Check, or the ability to obtain;
  • Current National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain.
