      Lifestyle Solutions provide innovative and flexible person-centered support for people living with a disability. Support Workers assist customers to become more independent, in their own homes and in the community.

      As a Support Worker your responsibilities will include:

      • Guiding customers to explore and develop their personal interests/hobbies
      • Coaching independent living skills such as cooking, domestic and social skills
      • Administering medication and adherence to individual support plans
      • Completing clear, concise and factual handover notes and incident reports
      • Providing personal care such as toileting, showering, feeding and dressing when required
      • Helping customers engage with their local communities and culture

      Make It Matter – What you will bring to make a difference in other’s lives

      • Be willing to work short shifts in the range of 2-5 hours which includes mornings, afternoons and occasional weekend shifts
      • Current driver’s license and full access to an insured vehicle for transportation of customers if required (mandatory requirements)
      • Be willing to undertake NDIS Workers Screening Check and Gain First Aid Certificate
      • Mandatory Public Health Orders in each state require our disability and child and family workers to be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations.  In most cases, this will be 3 doses unless only recently completed a second dose or had a COVID infection; and you having your 3rd dose within the required timeframe.   Successful candidates will be asked to provide government issued evidence of vaccination or an exemption on the required form or as directed.
