About the role
We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in Horsham!
This role involves providing support to a variety of clients, including school aged children, assisting them in their community participation and day centre activities.
Your support will empower our clients to achieve their personal goals, from engaging in activities like swimming and bowling, to receiving life skills support.
What do you need?
- Experience in Disability Support or a similar role is highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and compassionate approach.
- Ability to support individuals with personal care, daily activities, and community-based tasks.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and current WWCC are required.
All applicants must be willing to obtain the relevant mandatory screening clearances.
