Disability Support Workers – Darwin

  • Casual or permanent positions
  • $29.89 – $39.26 per hour (Including 25% loading for casuals and excluding penalties)
  • Variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends and active and inactive overnight shifts

We’re seeking Disability Services Workers in Darwin and Palmerston to provide support for our clients.

What your role will look like

  • As a Disability Support worker, you will provide person-centred care to support our clients with various aspects of their daily living.
  • No two days are the same – you might provide personal care or help with medication, shopping, or cooking. Most importantly, you’ll be supporting clients to achieve goals that matter to them.
  • Enjoy the opportunity to grow and build a valuable skillset across physical health, as well as an appreciation of mental health, while you support our clients. You will interact with health professionals and have the chance to learn about our holistic model of care.
