Connect Support Group is a provider of premium disability services. We work with our clients to provide friendly, quality and personalized services to meet the unique needs of each of our clients.

We are looking for a passionate and caring individual in the Warrnambool region. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be someone who can work independently in the community, including in our client’s home. Duties typically include supporting the client in the home with assistance with personal care activities, social support, light meal preparation and support attending appointments.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

– have or willing to get a current Police Check and a current Working with Children Check OR NDIS Worker Screening Check

– a valid Victorian driving licence

– have a reliable and hygienic car for transporting clients

– have the ability to build and maintain relationships
