We’re on the lookout for a Disability Support Professional (we’re fancy like that, no “worker” vibes here) to join a team of eight fabulous humans and one chocolate Labrador. Together, we support one vibrant, independent woman with a physical disability to keep smashing life; personally, socially, and professionally.

This isn’t your average support gig. You’ll be helping with daily living tasks (think personal care and meal prep) and being her steady copilot for work life, social outings, and managing her medical needs. Oh, and did we mention there’s an assistance dog in the mix? Dog lovers, rejoice.

Directly employed by the individual (yep, no contractors or companies here).
Part of a collaborative team aligned with NDIS standards, ensuring top-tier quality and safeguards.
A mix of heart, smarts, and action.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Reliable and shows up with a smile, even on Sundays.
Dynamic and creative, ready to problem-solve on the fly.
Skilled! Experience in medical or nursing fields is a big plus.

Oh, and a valid QLD driver’s license, a reliable car, and the usual police check/CPR/First Aid are must-haves.
