Capecare is recognised as a leading provider of aged care and accommodation services for seniors across the South West region of Western Australia. Located in Busselton on the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay, and soon with a second location in the heart of Dunsborough, Capecare takes great pride in meeting the changing needs of today’s ageing community by delivering an outstanding model of care for clients and families choosing their services.

Presently, Capecare is going through a period of growth and we have a number of fantastic opportunities for passionate and dedicated Carers and Lifestyle Assistants to join our Residential Team. You will be responsible for the provision of quality care and assist our clients with activities of daily living.

We have vacancies across weekday, weekend, afternoon and night shifts to suit any lifestyle.

To be successful you will need:

Certificate III in Aged Care
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality care
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, afternoon and evening shifts
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
