Introduction
The Australian Association of Community, Aged, and Disability Workers (AACAD) Logo Use Policy describes how members, partners, and third parties can use AACAD branding on their own material, including printed media and online. Wherever possible, members should adhere to the Code of Ethics, and maintain the high standards of the association.
You may choose to use version of the AACAD Logo with or without text. Variations are available to download below.

Who can use the AACAD Logo?
The AACAD Logo can be used by any current member, regardless of membership level, partners of AACAD, and related third parties to demonstrate their association with AACAD.
Conditions for using the AACAD Logo
The AACAD Logo is the property of the Australian Association of Community, Aged, and Disability Workers. Members, partners, and third parties that conduct business with AACAD are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the logo solely for the purpose of indicating their association with AACAD.
The AACAD Logo may be used across various platforms and media, including:
- Online. The AACAD Logo may be used on personal websites, blogs, in advertising and promotional information, and as an avatar.
- Print. The AACAD Logo may be used on business stationery, brochures, training material, business cards, and marketing products.
- Merchandise. The AACAD Logo may be used on promotional merchandise such as pens, mouse pads, satchels, packaging, and signage.
Prohibited use of the AACAD Logo
The AACAD Logo must not be used by members, partners, or third parties on material that seeks to defame, discriminate, or suggest endorsement of an individual’s personal beliefs.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in revoking your permission to use the AACAD logo and, in severe cases, legal action.
Alterations to the AACAD Logo
The AACAD Logo must not be altered in any way, including but not limited to:
- Changing colours
- Changing font
- Applying drop shadows
- Changing the aspect ratio of the logo
- Rotating the logo
