About the Role:
- Community Hub and Group home in Tweed Heads (Check out our Hub via our website – https://www.sunnyfield.org.au/project/tweed-heads-hub/ )
- Supporting clients to live an active lifestyle and participate in their community through the delivery of a range of person-centred programs
- Work to behaviour support plans by utilising positive behaviour strategies
- Assist and support clients with personal and hygiene care
- Maintenance of progress notes and record-keeping
The successful candidate will have:
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts a day including, early mornings, late nights, overnight, weekends and public holidays
- High levels of enthusiasm, initiative and a positive attitude while acting with integrity, honesty and respect
- NSW driver’s license
- Working With Children Check & NDIS Workers Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
- First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain
