Opportunities
We are seeking passionate support workers or AIN’s having experience in mental health and challenging behaviors to support our 24/7 clients living in the Central West region, NSW.
- Experience supporting people with mental health, intellectual impairment, challenging behaviors, ADHD, Autism, triggers, conflict resolution, de-escalation & positive support plans.
- MUST be available for morning, evening, active awake & sleepover shifts.
- 8+ hour shifts available.

Casual staff requirements:
- Must have great availability, including days, weekends, sleepovers & active awake shifts.
- Experience working with people with disability and complex behaviors.
- Passionate about helping people & making a difference.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and can think outside the box.
- Able to manage challenging situations effectively.
- Reliable & organized

About You
- A Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care
- A minimum of 12 months experience within the Health, Care and/or Disability industry (required) (behaviors and mental health experience preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check & WWCC (MUST)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination (1 & 2 MUST)
- Driver’s License & Car
