Rostering Coordinator (Home Care- Aged Care and Disability Support) Meditech Staffing


Meditech Staffing are an well-established, experienced Sydney and Central Coast based service provider, specialising in aged care and disability support in the home or within an existing care facility. Based in Strathfield we support the coordination of services to community clients in the Aged and Disability sector to assist them live their best lives!

About the role:

The Rostering Coordinator has the responsibility for the customer service and administration functions in ensuring rostered shifts for community aged care and disability clients are covered.

The Rostering Coordinator will also ensure to provide friendly and professional service to all stakeholders to improve and develop the community team, to ensure outcomes are in place to provide quality care services to our clients. 

Your role includes responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Scheduling of client services in a timely manner and within a customer focused environment

Your primary objectives include:

  • Complete rostering tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Provide services that supports compliance within all areas of the business.
  • Undertaking to problem solve client issues using your best customer service skills

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in a rostering role.
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office suite and willingness to learn new programs.
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment and dealing with multiple work requests.
  • An understanding of issues and services for elderly people, persons with a disability and their families and carers.
  • Demonstrate that you are suitable to work with aged care and disability clients by providing a Working with Children Check, National Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination status, referee checks and required identity checks.
