JOB DESCRIPTION

OC Health is a family run residential aged care provider. We are currently seeking personal care assistants both experienced and trainees. Casual, permanent and part time positions are available for Personal Care Assistants at within aged care in Drysdale.  

 

Past experience in Customer facing roles an advantage.

-Experience as a personal carer

-Excellent customer service skill

-Desire to provide client-centered care

 

Desirable Attributes:

-Caring

-Client-centred

-Compassionate

-Good listening and communication skills

Must have:

-Prior experience working as a personal carer

-Appropriate PCW qualification in Aged Care

-Current police check, flu and COVID vaccination
