About the opportunity 

We are currently seeking qualified, enthusiastic and team-oriented Elder Support Workers to work part-time or full-time in our beautiful residential homes in Carnegie, Caulfield and Windsor. 

AM/PM/ND Weekday and Weekend shifts available at all three facilities

What you will do

• Provide personal care to assist residents with activities of daily living and lifestyle
• Provide residents with nutrition and hydration in a timely manner
• Assist with toileting needs and continence care as required
• Legible and accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required with responsibility for ensuring up to date knowledge of Residential Care Standards and completion of assessment records in collaboration with the team

You will bring

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or 1 year equivalent of Bachelor or Diploma of Nursing (essential)
• Medication competency certificate (desirable) 
• Ability to speak Russian is highly (desirable)
• Good communication skills and customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of culturally diverse environments
