About the role
- Supporting our participants to achieve their goals
- Out and about in the Community
- Assisting with daily duties – shopping, cooking, cleaning
- Personal care required
- Transporting participants to appointments
- Implementation of Behavior Management Strategies
Requirements of the role
- Be dedicated to helping people
- Have true empathy
- Preferably hold a relevant Certificate 3 or higher
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Flexibility across a 7-day roster

A requirement prior to commencement, is eligible to apply for or currently hold the below: (which are to be maintained at your own expense)
- Blue Card/Working with Children – No Card/No Start
- Positive Notice Criminal History Check – Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check – No Card/No Start
- Valid and current First Aid and CPR certification
- Must have a drivers licence
- Must have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation module
- The right to work in Australia
