JOB DESCRIPTION

Interactive Community Care Pty Ltd is a registered Service Provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) for people with a disability. We’re looking for domestic cleaners with motivation to support those who need assistance. 

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting those who need assistance with domestic duties
  • Cleaning and washing
  • Assisting with meal preparation or shopping
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties that would allow someone to live with a better quality of life

 

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Reliability and patience
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Being able to take directions
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Basic English reading, writing and numeracy skills
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • Previous Cleaning experience preferred
  • a Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Services, Individual Support or similar (or working towards)
  • a Working with Children Check clearance for employment
  • a NDIS Worker Check 
  • an unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence
  • access to a registered and insured reliable motor vehicle
  • Basic English reading, writing and numeracy skills
