**Support Worker/ Mentors needed for Immediate Start**

We work with our clients to understand what is important to them and provide mentors who can then help them achieve their goals. Due to growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for dedicated Support Workers/ Mentors to join our passionate team on the Sunshine Coast.

About the Opportunity

The role involves undertaking and delivering high-quality care services in a professional engaging manner to NDIS clients. The position is currently parti time hours with the opportunity to grow. This role will involve travelling to different clients, some with greater needs than others, building trust and rapport and working towards achieving their individual goals. No one client is the same and the level of support will depend on the client’s individual requirements.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Demonstrated, proven experience working with individuals who may have complex support needs in different environments
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate well with others and work in a team
  • Friendly disposition and engaging manner
  • Certificate in Disability or Individual Support (Desired but not required)
  • Experience with mental health is desirable
  • Yellow Card/ NDIS Worker Screening
  • Blue Card
  • Current First Aid or CPR certificate
  • Current full drivers licence and car, with insurance
