Glenview Community Services are a leading Tasmanian aged care provider based in Hobart’s northern suburbs.  We are part of our community and provide a diverse suite of services, from tailored home care to our state-of-the-art purpose-built dementia care village.

Lifestyle Companion/ Support Worker
Part Time & Causal – (across both residential facilities)
 

Our Lifestyle Companions / Support Workers play a key role in enhancing the quality of life of Glenview’s residents. You will provide high quality personal care services whilst promoting resident’s independence as well as supporting an environment that provides recreational, leisure and social interaction.  The successful candidate will genuinely enjoy making a positive difference for our residents, embrace a culture of learning and continuous improvement and want to be part of a team that pursues excellence in aged care services.  

To be considered you must hold a Certificate III in Individual Support – Aged Care, Disability.   Prior experience in aged care and a current medication certificate would be an advantage.

Essential criteria for this role is a satisfactory National Police Check valid within 12 months, Certificate 3 or equivalent, current Working with Vulnerable People, and meet the aged care vaccine requirements.
