About the role

Catholic Homes is seeking Home Care Support Workers to join our Home Care team on a permanent part-time basis (20 – 40 hours per week). Casual positions are also available. This position will be responsible for providing personal care, domestic services, social support and/or daily living supports for our home care clients. This position will be based in Perth South Metro area (Leeming, South Perth, Como, Manning etc).

Our Home Care team builds lasting relationships with our clients so that they may stay at home or get out into the community to do the things they enjoy.


To be successful in this role you will have/be:

  • A roadworthy and registered vehicle and current C class drivers licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Certificate III / IV in Home and Community Care (or similar)
  • Experience in Community Aged Care or NDIS (desirable)
  • The ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residents
  • The ability and commitment to uphold high standards of work.
