In addition to playing an integral role in the planning and implementation of care plans, you will also provide support to care staff and manage incoming referrals.

The successful candidate will have
- Certificate IV in Aged Care / Individual Support essential Experience in community aged care Experience in support roles directly overseeing staff
- Confident in the use of computers
- Capability to manage referrals
- Current Australian driver’s license
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain)
- Working rights in Australia
- A pre-employment medical assessment may be required for this role
- 2022 Flu Vaccination or willing to obtain
