The Opportunity

We are currently seeking Part-Time Support Workers for afternoon & evening shifts who share our values and who are passionate about empowering people with disability to achieve their hopes, dreams and aspirations.  

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong desire and passion to work with people with disability;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong customer service experience would be highly valued;
  • A high level of drive and enthusiasm with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team;
  • Report writing skills;
  • Flexibility with working hours;
  • Possess a current WA drivers license, a suitable car with Registration and Comprehensive Insurance;
  • Ability to obtain a current National Police Clearance issued within the past 3 months;
  • Ability to obtain a current First Aid Certificate and current Working with Children check;
  • Ability to obtain a current NDIS Screening Check;
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
