About the role:

Supporting a lovely female client, who experiences psycho-social challenges with accessing the community and learning basic life skills & routines.

This lady requires 1:1 supports to access the community, attend appointments but most importantly, she really wants to plan her first ever holiday – we are thinking a cruise or a train ride to a city of her choosing!

It is not all cruises and trains though. She does need people who are reliable in attending shifts, committed long-term & have experience working with psychosocial conditions would be preferrable.

It’s not all on you though, as you will have support in this via a comprehensive support plan, ongoing training and support from our awesome coordination team.
