The role:
An exciting opportunity exists to join our Disability Support team to inspire and make a positive impact with our participants. We have shifts to suit your flexible working needs.
We are seeking motivated, passionate and caring team members to provide high quality support to our NDIS participate.
As a disability Support Worker, you understand the importance for client choice and control, community access, intentional safeguard, restrictive practices and supported independent living.
Dinamix Care, is a registered NDIS provider, who promote professionalism, growth, and stability. We DONT just Talk the Talk.
The successful applicant will work within NDIS standards, including preparation of daily shift notes through to developing and implementing support plans in conjunction with the Case Manager.
All about you:
- Experience working within disability services, NDIS framework is highly desirable
- A strong verbal and written communicator, you are skilled in establishing effective working relationships with community members and organisations
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Card and Working With Children Card (Blue) prior to commencing employment
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates prior to commencing employment
- Current Drivers License (a registered and insured vehicle is required for community access shifts)
