We mostly support people with disabilities in: 

• Daily Living and Personal Activities
• Community Access and Participation
• Life Skills
• Travel and transport

We have participants all over Sydney, so chances are you’ll be able to work near home.

What’s the role?

Our support workers assist our clients with all aspects of their daily life in a person-centred way. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Domestic Assistance; cooking and meal preparations
• Social Support; transporting to appointments, shopping or community outing and companionship
• Assistance with personal care is required for some participants 

Experience with hoist or manual handling is highly regarded.

I’m in! Who are you looking for?

We are looking for people with relevant qualifications and/or experience as a Support Worker. You have to be motivated, dedicated and have a genuine interest and passion in helping people with disability live their best life. 

In a nutshell…

• Qualification in disability, aged care, community or related field
• Minimum 1 years experience as a Support Worker
• Your own vehicle and valid driver’s license are essential 
• Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children’s Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Comfortable with short shifts
