CASUAL / PART-TIME / FULL-TIME……

As a Disability Support Worker, your role will involve:

  • providing support to clients in their homes
  • follow procedures including the collation of data and record maintenance
  • regularly review plans ensuring transparency of client circumstances, needs and supports.

Duties:

  • Providing assistance and support to improve daily living
  • Assist with daily domestic tasks
  • Assist with meal preparation
  • Providing support to develop independence skills
  • Assisting with accessing community for appointments, outings and leisure
  • Assisting to build capacity with transportation, personal care and social interactions

Requirements include:

  • Must have double COVID vaccination or valid exemption
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Blue and Yellow Card (or ability to attain one)
  • Drivers Licence
  • Own Car with Comprehensive Insurance
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or working towards this, or an interest in completing this
  • Ability to work within a team with a positive attitude
