CASUAL / PART-TIME / FULL-TIME……
As a Disability Support Worker, your role will involve:
- providing support to clients in their homes
- follow procedures including the collation of data and record maintenance
- regularly review plans ensuring transparency of client circumstances, needs and supports.
Duties:
- Providing assistance and support to improve daily living
- Assist with daily domestic tasks
- Assist with meal preparation
- Providing support to develop independence skills
- Assisting with accessing community for appointments, outings and leisure
- Assisting to build capacity with transportation, personal care and social interactions
Requirements include:
- Must have double COVID vaccination or valid exemption
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Blue and Yellow Card (or ability to attain one)
- Drivers Licence
- Own Car with Comprehensive Insurance
- Certificate III in Individual Support or working towards this, or an interest in completing this
- Ability to work within a team with a positive attitude
