The role

As an ECH Domestic Assistance Team Member you will work with our clients to help them maintain the cleanliness of their homes. You will also provide a valuable source of information to the ECH Care Management team through your regular engagement with clients.

We have multiple opportunities available in our western region, for part-time employees to work  5 hours per day Tuesday through to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

What you’ll be doing

As a valuable front-line employee, you will not only be a social support to the client you will also ensure they have a wonderful clean home to enjoy. Your day will be varied and may include a range of tasks such as:

  • Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping
  • Making beds and changing bed linen
  • Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
  • Hanging, folding and ironing washing
  • Dusting

You will need

  • COVID-19 vaccination (including booster if eligible)
  • Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle

It’d also be helpful if you had:

  • A current Police Check

The salary for this position is $24.19 per hour

More about ECH

ECH is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector. This means that you can salary package up to $18,549 per annum to reduce your tax.  We also offer a range of perks through our Employee Benefits Program (eg. discounted gym memberships).
