About us:

GOC Care is an experienced Community Service Provider that has been caring for the community for over 40 years. We provide community-based responses for people within the Brisbane Metropolitan, Brisbane North & South and Gold Coast Regions. 

Our Care Workers are key members of our service delivery team, and provide support including domestic assistance, personal care, social support, meal preparation, community access, transportation and assisting our clients to lead fulfilling lives in the comfort of home. 

The role:

We are seeking Care Workers across multiple regions including Northern, Central and Southern Brisbane, Redlands & Bayside and the Gold Coast. 

Our ideal carer will have availability across the 5 – 7 day roster between the hours of 7.00am to 6.00pm. There is some weekend work available. 

Role essentials:

  • Certificate III in Individualised Support or similar, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain
  • Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
  • Drivers licence and own reliable vehicle that is registered and insured
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Confirmation of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19
