Our team is dedicated to providing a personalised approach to care tailored to consumer’s requirements, including specialist dementia and palliative care.

You must meet the essential criteria to be considered for these positions:

Essential:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or willing to obtain
• Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
• An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to accurately document residents care/progress

Desirable:

• Experience within Dementia and Palliative care units
• Demonstrated experience in team supervision and team leadership
