About the Opportunity
In the role of Casual Aged Care Support Worker, you will provide individual support to senior participants both in their homes and in the community using an individualised and person-centered approach.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, responsive, resourceful and with the ability to create strong professional relationships. They will also utilise an individualised approach towards assisting senior participants to reach their goals.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated personal or professional experience supporting senior people
- Passion for helping others to live the life that they choose
- Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team
- Availability to work a flexible roster
You will uphold the values of Anglicare NT and provide quality services within the scope of the position and associated delegations.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory driver’s licence.
