Aged Care Employees
Classification: Part Time & Full Time
Location: Milton

Salary Range: $43,000.00 – $47,500.00

About the role:
You will assist our residents with their daily care needs and domestic duties in accordance with their Care Plan. As an individual with a genuine interest in aged care, you will ensure a high standard of care is provided at all times as well as continuously contribute to improvements that support residents and the care team.

To be successful you will have:

  • A Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support, or willing to complete a Certificate III. You can do this via our IRT Academy
  • Flexibility and availability to work shifts that include weekends, late afternoons and/or evenings
  • Experience working with a range of cognitive and physical abilities (desirable)
  • A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn, and contribute as part of a team
  • Have the ability to put a smile on a residents face and brighten their day
