About the role
As a Home Care Worker in the Townsville local area, you will have a varied and rewarding role. Working alongside aged care consumers with differing support needs, you will provide them with the appropriate support to achieve their goal of living independently within their own home.
As a Non-certified/ Unqualified Home Care Worker the types of support you will provide, include:
- Helping with domestic duties;
- Ensuring safe and hygienic living conditions in their own homes.

About you
You are caring, empathetic and seeking to make a difference. You are a confident relationship builder, as you will be a trusted person in our clients’ homes.
To be suited to these positions, you will have:
- Experience in providing excellent customer service;
- Formal qualifications not necessary but cleaning experience preferred;
- A current driver’s licence and willing to use own insured and reliable vehicle for work purposes;
- Physical capacity to carry out the duties required, including house & manual work;
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate or willingness to complete;
- A current National Police Check or willingness to complete.
