ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an opportunity to pave a

available to work flexible hours. You will be assisting with personal care and
providing support to assist an older individual’s living in their own homes.

 

YOUR
NEW ROLE

In
this role you will provide support to our client in Port Macquarie on 1:1
basis. Training provided!

Provide Community Access & Social
Interaction (Identify activities for social inclusion)

·        
Person Care (changing Continence Aids
& Showering)

·        
Manual Handling (Mobile Hoist, Slide
Board, PWC & Man WC)

·        
Medication Prompting

·        
Culturally Aware (Indigenous)

·        
Companionship

 

ABOUT
YOU – SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Previous
    experience in a similar setting desirable but not essential (Aged Care
    facility or In Home Support)
  • Caring
    & Nurturing
  • Active
    & energetic
  • Reliable
    & Compassionate
  • Drivers
    Licence & Own Vehicle essential

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

  • Current
    NDIS Worker Screening Check & Orientation Module, Working with
    Children’s Check, First Aid/CPR & Covid Vaccination
  • Previous
    experience in Aged Care or similar role
  • Valid
    Driver’s Licence with Vehicle

WHAT

This role offers flexible hours and regular shifts.
You will get the support and mentoring of an experience team. Remuneration is
based on SCHADS Award, Schedule E 3.1
