JOB DESCRIPTION

Flexibility to work AM and PM. Supporting Individuals in the Group Homes.

Assist our clients with their daily routines and skills, such as – Community access, medication, personal care, domestic duties etc. Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports and progress notes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Police check 
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current CPR certificate
  • Current National Police check
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence & access to a reliable vehicle (Optional)
  • COVID Vaccine Certificate 
  • Experience in complex behaviours and behaviour support methods (a bonus – not a requirement)
  • Qualification or Experience in Disability, Aged Care or related field are essential
