Flexibility to work AM and PM. Supporting Individuals in the Group Homes.
Assist our clients with their daily routines and skills, such as – Community access, medication, personal care, domestic duties etc. Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports and progress notes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Police check
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Current National Police check
- Current NSW Drivers Licence & access to a reliable vehicle (Optional)
- COVID Vaccine Certificate
- Experience in complex behaviours and behaviour support methods (a bonus – not a requirement)
- Qualification or Experience in Disability, Aged Care or related field are essential
