DaVange Care is a family owned organisation. Our services include quality learning and life skills to assist the development of people with disabilities, and to provide support for their families. We provide quality staff to help support participants, whether it be SIL accommodation, In-home Support or Community participation. Job Description and duties:
- Assisting participants with daily activities, domestic assistance, personal care and community access.
- Following care plans and ensuring that our participants work towards their NDIS goals, dreams and aspirations.
- Developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Follow DaVange Care’s policies and procedures.
- Working with all levels of the organisation to ensure that quality services are being provided.
- Brisbane Northside and Moreton Bay areas
- Must be reliable, available at short notice, available for sleepovers and every second weekend. Continuous rotating roster
To Join the DaVange family, you will need:
- Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or Disability
- Positive energy and enthusiasm
- Work actively as part of a team and individually to ensure quality service
- Be caring, honest and reliable
- Be willing to assist with personal care and domestic duties
- Have a current first aid/ CPR
- Have a current driver’s licence, reliable car and full comprehensive car insurance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module required or willing to obtain
- Current yellow and blue card
- Covid vaccinations up to date
- available to fill shifts at short notice
